Very professional and friendly. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure my car would be ready for my trip to Michigan. Samson was very pleasant to work with. I like how clean the lobby was, as well. Plus my car looks great! Brand new, in fact!

Everyone I spoke with was very nice, however I never received updates about the condition of my car. They mentioned I would get text updates or someone would call but this did not happen. Then when I called to get update around the time they had indicated my care would be ready they mixed up my car with someone else’s and stated that they had not even started on my car. It was frustrating and took a lot of time out of my day since they made me call my insurance company. This alone took several hours since they were incredibly busy as well. All this to find out that my car was in fact ready and I didn’t need to contact the insurance.

What an Awesome Experience from day one !!! I will never take any of my vehicles anyplace else but right here at Caliber Collision at the Cheddar Loop location!!! All the reviews I've read about this location and about Victor are spot on exact !!! I am constantly getting updates on progress of hail damage repairs .... Couldn't ask for anything to go smoother. Already got my wife's Honda Pilot out of repairs & It Looks Great !!! Waiting for my Dodge truck now and can't wait to be able to drive it again !!! Thanks Victor & Caliber Collision for making us Happy

Caliber Collision on Cheddar Loop was the only bright spot in my hail damage experience. They were friendly, efficient, & their techs did a superb repair. Victor R. and Jairo U. were very helpful throughout the process.

When I got to the shop, the man behind the desk was very courteous, the mechanic in charge of my vehicle's repair was quick to take my car and also very polite. They were quick and kept me informed, let me know about a possible issue with my battery (without trying to push me into buying one) and cleaned and vacuumed my car before I got it back. It was nothing but a positive experience.
