I had to pay a 500 dollar deductible, which is fine but I asked the clerk why I was paying the deductible? The clerk tells me that my insurance is battleing for who’s at fault and I’ll get a refund. First of all I don’t like being lied to and if you don’t know the answer don’t say anything. I knew the clerk was lying because how would the clerk know what my insurance plan is. I thought that was completely unprofessional and that ruined my visit there.

The job that was done was excellent. Completely satisfied and they got it done very quickly. The car looked brand new when I got it back. They took the time to explain and show me everything they did. Would definitely go back there again.
