I am not satisfied with the work, as the white color used does not match the original color of my vehicle. I informed Dave, the representative who assisted me, but he tried to convince me that because the bumper is made of plastic, the color would not appear the same. This explanation is not accurate, as the color matches properly on the other side of the vehicle. For this reason, I am not satisfied with the result. I have also notified my insurance company regarding this issue.

Great Experience! McKinly the tech I was working with and Cindy from the front desk were fantastic! I appreciated the texts updates and it was actually ready for pick up 3 days earlier than anticipated. The work was amazing, you could not even tell there was ever any damage or repair. My technician was so incredibly helpful. He gave me frequent updates, always keeping me in the loop with my vehicle. My car was finished earlier than I anticipated and am really satisfied with our experience here. While I hope to never have to come back, should the need arise, I will return without question.
