I HAVE NEVER HAD AS GOOD A CUSTOMER SERVICE AS I HAD WITH YOU GUYS .. DALE WENT COMPLETELY ABOVE AND COMPLETELY BEYOND ANY EXPECTATIONS. THAT GUY KNOWS HIS JOB AND DOES IT EXTREMELY WELL. YOU WOULD BE QUITE WISE TO COMPENSATE HIM VERY GENEROUSLY.

This was my second repair at this Caliber shop in less than a year. Both times were equally expediant and easy. Great experiences. The car looked amazing, like new, both times and I couldn't be more pleased about the overall experience each time. Very well executed on their part. Mr. Dale Fachman as a gem again. I hope I won't have to use another reapair shop anytime soon but if I do, it will be this shop! Thank you.
