I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. The bumper that was supposed to be replaced under my insurance claim came undone weeks after picking up the vehicle. When I brought it back, they claimed something must have hit it to avoid honoring the warranty, and they wanted to charge me to fix the part underneath. When I asked the technician to show me the actual point of impact, he just had me run my hand along the bottom, there was zero visible or feelable damage anywhere. On top of the questionable quality of work, the customer service and communication were poor. My original completion date was pushed back, and when the new completion date arrived, no one bothered to notify me. I had to call them myself to get any updates. I chose this shop because it was recommended by my insurance, but I deeply regret not going elsewhere. I’ve lost a significant amount of time making phone calls, taking time off work, and dealing with an issue that should have been done right the first time. I have zero confidence in their work or their willingness to stand behind it, and I have since escalated this issue directly to my insurance company. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

From start to finish I felt like the team was incredibly professional and communication was top notch. I felt informed every step of the way, and like the person I worked with was super considerate of my needs. I believe the person that took care of my process was named Jason. He was so awesome with trying to accommodate my repair around my travel schedule. Everyone that helped me at the center was friendly and genuinely wanted to help. My car looked brand new as we drove it off the lot!!

They did an amazing job on my 4Runner. If you look at it you can't even tell that it was injured. Yes, I say injured because this car is 12 years old and has 300,000 miles on it and she still looks wonderful. Thank you Caliber Collision.
