For one, I want to give a special Thank you to Ken because since the first day I stopped in just to get a estimate he explained everything to me, walked me through all the steps and even helped me send my insurance pictures they requested. He kept me update throughout my cars process and until the day I picked it up was always so polite and very generous. It was a please to do business with Caliber collision. Even though my insurance did not have them as an option I’m beyond happy I took this route. Thanks Caliber for leaving my car perfect again and Thanks Ken for such great customer service.
