The customer service I received from Ken and Gladys was Amazing. So patient and kind. My car looks Beautiful! Can’t even tell she was hurt at all, AND they washed it! 😁 She needed it so bad. I wouldn’t wash her until she was repaired. Thank you so much.

Juian was absolutely amazing! Progressive refused to take care of the complete damaged and Julian fought for me. Progressive still wouldn't do it, but Julien worked with his boss and handled what should've been done. The left over dents from where i was backed up into didn't cost Progressive more than $200 to fix as they were smaller. Progressive shouldn't rely on the shop to just take care of us. The shop should have been compensated by them as it was their clients fault for not paying attention when she hit me

It was great that the car was completed earlier that originally estimated. Working with Justin was great. He was very thorough in answering any questions and providing information. He texted updates on a daily basis to keep us informed of what stage the repairs were at. Caliber Collision made the car look like we just drive it off the showroom floor. We would definitely recommend you. That is for the great service.

Our service person Justin was amazing! He explained to process and kept us updated on a daily basis as to where things were with the repair process. He answered all questions very thoroughly. We really appreciated the daily text and the best part was that it was completed in half of the time originally estimated. The car looked like we just drove it off the showroom floor. The body work guys did an amazing job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed no day work. Thanks for the terrific job!
