I dropped off my car a week ago & the repair process was quick thanks to julien he was always checking in with me through message about the whole process. Car looks brand new like nothing happened to it I'd definitely recommend someone here & would bring my car again if needed!

I am completely satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. I communicated with Julien throughout the entire process and he made me feel 100% at ease. Being in a car accident is stressful enough but Julien and Caliber Collisions made the process very easy. Definitely recommend this shop and would come back again.

Manager was very helpful and answer corrected all my issues. very please with customer service. One Con. Technicians need to review their finish work so the customer does not need to return with issues that need fixing. I had to return several times to get issues redone. But all were taken care without an excuse.

I was very satisfied with my service received from caliber collision. Julian was not only friendly, but welcoming and he kept me informed about any updates I had for my car throughout the week I got my bumper fixed it took about a week and a half. Julian was super great!
