2/5 experience. -Was told 1-2 days for estimate - ended up taking almost 5 business days -car was delayed 2 days from estimated picked up (I get it, delays happen) when I went to pick up my car, an extremely sloppy job was done. Frank did a great job in making it right but it shows the how low effort the painter and body shop tech care. -driver side door that was replaced was mis aligned, fender trim piece was painted so poorly and lazily, front bumper wasn’t on correctly, replaced side mirror molding was damaged. In total, they had my car for 30 days for 5k worth of damages. Frank Elo (service advisor) was great and always took my calls for updates.

The staff, all of them down to a person were courteous, and willing to help. My service representative was Zach, and he was very helpful and made sure the car came back to me in wonderful shape.

My car was repaired quickly and it looks great! Frank was our Service Rep. and working with him was so nice. He knew we needed our car for a trip and delivered on his promise to have it back to us on time. Zach was the best account representative. I had such a great experience keeping in touch with him and getting latest updates through calls and text messages. He was very thorough in explaining the whole process and nothing was a surprise. He even went above and beyond to fill my tank and and buffer out my front emblem because it was cloudy. This is the second car I brought to caliber collision and I recommend everyone do the same. Great job training Zach

Zach was very professional and communicated with us on a regular basis about the progress of our car, the office manager was very friendly and flexible with our schedule to bring the car in, the work looked great. We have worked with Caliber at this location at least 5 times and will always come here because of the quality work and great service. We recommend them anytime someone gets into an accident
