Everyone was great w/ the exception of some guy who said he had been out for the last 3-4months w/ a surgery. When I came to pick up my vehicle he didn’t even acknowledge me nor my husband. We literally waited around impatiently patiently for 7-10min before anyone acknowledged us & he was right in the lobby!
