Everything thing looked good. There was an issue with the passenger door lock. Took it back the next day to have them look at. Only had to wait 30 minutes or less to fix the issue.

We received a call from caliber colisión that our vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. The vehicle was not ready for pick up it needed over looked repairing. So Another few more days of repairs:( thank god we had rental car coverage. Not happy with the repair time.

They tock much longer than agreed upon and when they delivered my car to me I checked it and found many incompleted details, so I had to return my car to the shop again.

The Caliber Collision team in Bellmead were the nicest people I have ever experienced in customer service. This was my first time needing to get my car fixed so I was pretty scared going in, but all the people who were in charge of helping me made sure I knew all the things I needed to to feel better. They were all very patient and understanding when I had to reschedule my drop off date a few times because of some troubles with the rental car company. I did not end up getting the rental car but it didn’t even matter because of how quickly caliber was able to fix my car. Thank you! Laurel Rutherford

I noticed they missed a couple push pins when inspecting the bumper and John took it straight back and had it fixed. John told me if I had my problems with the work they did to bring it back.

Dustin was incredibly kind and helpful. I loved that I was frequently updated. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was finished ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car, it was washed and the inside had been vacuumed! I have already told everyone about my amazing experience!
