I was updated on repairs but not the point of annoyance and when I saw the car it looked brand new and was even cleaned while leaving everything I left behind in the car like papers alone. A good experience, especially since this was my first major repair. Everyone was kind and patient as well.

Vehicle was repaired correctly. Misaligned body panels. Temperatures got warmer, trunk will not close properly. Additional damage was caused to my vehicle while in the care of caliber. Completely unsatisfied. Estimated repairs continued to push the delivery date further and further outside the original window, and then the car is still not repaired correctly. Complete waste of time.

Anna and the team were everything I was hoping for in a body shop team. They even helped me take both of my car seats in and out of the Jeep and rental car. They also helped me clear out my car. Everyone was awesome. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to have my car ready 4 days earlier than expected. Already told my daughter to use Calliber Collision as they hit a deer yesterday.
