The whole staff was amazing. I was truly impressed with the service. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. You have a great staff! I am truly amazed at the quality of work and how quickly my car was repaired. You can't even tell I was in an accident. I'm very impressed and I would definitely refer my friends to the Belton location. Thank you for everything! I went to this location because of a referral to Robert Riddle. I cancelled at the other location to have him specifically work on my car. I am so glad I did! Thank you to Robert and everyone who assisted Robert Riddle with the repairs. You guys ROCK. Exceptional service! The team went out of their way to give me a ride home after I dropped off my truck. Additionally, the work was exceptional! They fixed my window and the residual damage from the shattered glass to include detailing the vehicle. The team was very friendly and professional. I will definitely refer to this shop!

I would need someone to call me please call me back as soon as possible. We have received the worst services ever from Liberty Mutual . They gave us the wrong Detectable to pay and last minute ended up paying the highest Detectable of what we we're supposed to pay. Agent was Extremely rude at liberty at Liberty Mutual customer services and I am in the process of sending an allegation and a complaint
