Repair took longer than anticipated, several parts of the repair were had to be redone because not completed correctly. While I appreciate that the re-do's were done, we would have had our vehicle back approx. 2 weeks earlier if done right the first time.

I am satisfied with the repair work however the repair time was 15 days instead of the 8 days that was quoted. Also the final repair cost was $3,149.74 instead of the estimate of $2,190.41. This is 44% cost overrun.
