My experience with Caliber Collision was great all around. Irene was super helpful and clear when it came to what needed to be done with my car. I was kept up to date and was listened to when I wanted my cars plastic logos left off. My car was even completed two days earlier which was great since I did not get a rental car. Thank you!

The staff were all really pleasant and professional (Edgar was awesome, and I didn’t catch the woman’s name at the desk but she was awesome too!). My car repair was finished two days earlier than anticipated, which was super fast! And the repair looks beautiful. It looks brand new, like there was never any damage. The paint job looks really good too (I was a little worried about the paint matching etc, but it looks great). Overall I am highly satisfied and I will recommend Caliber Berkeley if anyone I know ever needs repair work done. An excellent experience for an unfortunate circumstance (car damage). Thank you so much!

The staff was super friendly and professional, the workmanship is exceptional (my car looks brand new), and the work was done two days ahead of schedule. If you have to have repairs done, which is an unfortunate circumstance, this shop made the experience fantastic.

Again, super professional and courteous staff. I worked with Edgar and another woman (who was at the front desk; I can't remember her name), and they were both excellent. Kept me 100% in the loop with clear and timely communications and were super nice and friendly. Plus, as I mentioned, the work was done two days ahead of schedule, so that was a surprise and a bonus.
