The work on the car which is what matters the most was great. The final product looks great. What could improve is the pickup process. The person who helped me in the front desk when I arrived to pick up the car could do better. She was not polite, didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and was very uninterested. Better training could make your customer service a lot better

It seemed that your staff had difficulty finding the record of my credit card payment made on Wednesday, March 4 for the deductible. This was confusing when my husband picked up the car on Monday, March 9. The person I talked to on the phone that same day as also had difficulty finding the record.
