Technician was excellent - kind, patient, very knowledgable, easy to work with, eased stress. Front desk was a little less knowledgable (about the cost they were billing me, whether it was pre or post insurance or even that insurance was involved at all), less friendly and polite (I often wasn’t looked at or greeted when entering office, social interaction was not warm or a strong suit, was often having a conversation with the back of someone’s head), and just harder to interact with. That said, I was able to get what I needed and she wasn’t mean, it just was the only part of my experience that left something to be desired.
