People were very friendly, easy to communicate with. Work was done well. There is a remaining issue with lights, which wasn't there before getting the car to the shop, but I'm certain we can figure it out as well.

Repairs went well, for the most part, and the updates were nice. My only comment is on the professionalism of the receptionist. She could use some coaching on how to speak to customers.

Car was returned with left front turn signal inoperative. This was location of damage. Therewas no amber lens and the signal did not work at all. I would think that standard operating procedure for a car repair involving lights would be to try out the lights and turn signals to make sure they are operative.
