I was kept informed about progress. Front office staff was great as was the women who inspected my car. My car was ready on time & I was told a few things had to be done extra, re tint back quarter window & other things. I was very happy with how things turned out, & will inspect the car in greater detail tomorrow.

Andrea and other staff were a pleasure to work with. The experience was overall professional and repair results for most part satisfactory.Regrettably I experienced a flat tire due to a nail or other sharp object puncture immediately after leaving the shop. AAA changed the tire and the vendor where I purchased the tires repaired the puncture at no cost. However I lost 3 hours of work dealing with the situation. Caliber offered a new tire but this was in a location at a distance from my home, so overall impressed with service except for inconvenience of the flat tire.
