I liked the fact that the work was done as promised and i got ample notice from the start that it would be ready on Wed or possibly Fri after Thanksgiving and it was ready Friday. Also i greatly appreciated the ride home when i dropped off the car and the pick up when it was ready by driver Jerry, who was very courteous.

I had to call multiple times in order get a response for the cost of the repair. The front desk had picked up the phone, placed me on hold, and never came back to the line at times. Also, the phone rang off the hook with no one answering the call.

Sandra was helpful, courteous and pleasant from the moment I approached her at Caliber in regards to the repair to my Rav.4 2019. She kept me informed on the status - both by email and phone call and I am satisfied with your service at all levels. The lady who did the initial inspection and provided the estimate was also courteous, detail oriented and professional. Overall, I would recommend your shop to anyone else that approaches me.
