Andrea Bourgeois was outstanding: friendly, professional, efficient. I have gone to Cooks Collision for years as a USAA member and have always been dazzled by the service. Andrea even arranged for me to pick the car up a day later because my husband was having some minor surgery. The staff in the office couldn't have been better. I love you guys.

Andrea worked with me from the initial inspection all the way through tohanding men the keys when the vehicle was repaired and ready to drive off the lot. Very nice being able to deal with one person. The vehicle looks great and I would recommend Caliber Collision and will use them again for any of my repair needs. Thanks for a great job!

I was really surprised that you didn’t wash the car. You gain so much goodwill when you present the finished vehicle all clean and sparkling. Also, no instructions about how long to hold off taking the car to the car wash.
