Overall, a very good experience, and the work on my vehicle was completed a day early. I was a bit disappointed at the service rep's not returning a message I left, but I also understand that everyone at Caliber is hopping busy. Even before I brought it up when I picked up my vehicle, the rep did acknowledge the problem and apologized. Apologies go a long way with me. If I ever am in another collision, I will definitely consider Caliber again.
