Here is the review I wrote to Yelp today after picking up my car: "I Highly recommend Caliber Collision if you should ever have to deal with a car repair! Their entire team made the experience the best it could be under the unfortunate circumstance of a fender bender that needed more repair than met the eye (internal crunches also). From the office staff, to the e-mails, to the worker bees that did their magic on the car repair, fantastic. They were prompt, thorough, and their communication is excellent. They update you daily on when the parts will arrive, and any delays, and make everything easy to understand. Getting a rental car is close by so that is easy (though NOT at 5 pm in traffic!). I want to say that Sandra Souriya, the Service Advisor was totally on top of things, she is knowledgeable, kind and made the experience positive. THANK YOU for all of your detailed work. Small additional damage done to car while being repaired (chipped door liner). Inside of vehicle was not cleaned before delivery (foggy film inside windows, routing materials and sticker left in car). Electrical system (lights and stereo console) are acting oddly since pickup, this was not happening before. Will wait and see if it resolves.

In my two experiences at Caliber (formerly Cooks) I have had nothing short of an INCREDIBLE experience amidst frustrating car concerns. From beginning to end. They are fast, simple, transparent, honest, and communicative. They make the unfortunate process of getting your car repaired HUMAN by being real and compassionate. I will go to Caliber Collision for any and all of my car concerns moving forward!

Overall I think Calliber Collision did an excellent job of doing the actual repair, and communicating the status of the repair during the entire process. However, when I got my car back the inside driver floor mat was dirty with dust, foot prints and the dirty paper floor mat. Also the inside of the driver door had boot prints and dust.
