Everyone at Caliber Collision were fantastic...Professional and informative all the way...from the initial estimate, handling my insurance, arranging a rental, REPAIRS, returning the rental and pickup....My main contact was with Sandra Souriya who did an excellent job. My repair had a little tricky aspect, and she kept me informed and ultimately got the car back into perfect condition. Plus, Calliber has a great waiting room! Highly recommend.

Here is the review I wrote to Yelp today after picking up my car: "I Highly recommend Caliber Collision if you should ever have to deal with a car repair! Their entire team made the experience the best it could be under the unfortunate circumstance of a fender bender that needed more repair than met the eye (internal crunches also). From the office staff, to the e-mails, to the worker bees that did their magic on the car repair, fantastic. They were prompt, thorough, and their communication is excellent. They update you daily on when the parts will arrive, and any delays, and make everything easy to understand. Getting a rental car is close by so that is easy (though NOT at 5 pm in traffic!). I want to say that Sandra Souriya, the Service Advisor was totally on top of things, she is knowledgeable, kind and made the experience positive. THANK YOU for all of your detailed work. I now have my car looking better than before, AND sparkly clean!" Kim

Small additional damage done to car while being repaired (chipped door liner). Inside of vehicle was not cleaned before delivery (foggy film inside windows, routing materials and sticker left in car). Electrical system (lights and stereo console) are acting oddly since pickup, this was not happening before. Will wait and see if it resolves.
