The car looks beautiful! They do wonderful and excellent work. It looks like a brand new car! The only comment I have is that it took a little bit longer than I thought it would but I like the fact that they could return my rental car . That was very convenient. It was a job well done! Janice

They did excellent work on my car. It was beautifully done and looked brand new. It was also very convenient to be able to return the rental car at the repair shop. The work on it took just just a tad longer than I expected. I do have my car now. Now, I am waiting for a mudflap to match the new one. It should be here anyday now.

I brought my car in for a minor bump on the back, expecting a simple repair. When I came to pick it up, the bump was still there—absolutely no work had been done. I also asked a worker if they could clean up a small scratch on another part of the car (not related to the original issue). He took a photo and said he’d take care of it. When I returned, not only was the bump untouched, but the small scratch had become much larger. The worker admitted they scratched it themselves—but once his manager showed up, he suddenly denied doing anything. It was extremely unprofessional. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced—dismissive, dishonest, and careless. I left feeling incredibly disappointed, and now my car has more damage than when I brought it in. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful if you trust your car with them.
