I would but I would warn them about not getting information during the process. But, once I complained they stepped up. I had also tried to contact the VP and CEO via LinkdIn and they didn't respond, not good.

While the car was being fixed I wasn't given truthful information as to what was happening with my vehicle. Not until I talked to a General Manager from another store did I get the proper information.

The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional, and my vehicle appears to have been repaired to my satisfaction. My only criticism is in regards to not keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was the one who initiated almost every conversation to find out the current status, typically with very little follow up afterward. Even if there is no change in status, a call every few days or at least once a even once a week would have been appreciative, rather than leaving me in the dark wondering what is taking so long. Additionally, from a customer expectation standpoint, it would be better to provide a long enough time for the estimated completion and then deliver earlier than expected, rather than having to keep pushing back promised for dates.
