Your staff was great! I'm sorry I have forgotten the technician's name, but he was fabulous explaining what he intended to do, keeping us up to date by phone, and then delivering ahead of schedule. Bravo!

Notwithsttanding the employees being very nice, the vehicle took longer than I was expecting, and told it would take to repair. Equally as important, they didn't use paper floor mat, and my rubber weather mats had all kinds of dirt on them. Lastly, the truck was not washed. It was delivered to me and they knew I was short for time so that may be the answer to some of these problems. Upon initial inspection, the work seems to be fine, but I really haven't had a chance to look at it carefully. Hopefully, if there are any issues, I'll be able to bring it back to have it repaired.

We were kept informed about what was happening to our car and when parts were ordered and expected to come in. We were given an estimated time car would be finished and it was ready before that date. Also I would like to thank the lady that cleaned our car. Beautifully job, my windows have never sparkled . Hats off to your team, job well done. They were very welcoming when you entered the building. Also we were impressed that we didn’t need to return our car to the rental place they took car of that. Thank you everyone.
