The staff who worked on the car were nice but don’t tell us you are going to call on Tuesday to give us an update and it’s crickets. The individual who handles billing and scheduling is rude and difficult and uninformed and because of how she dealt with us we are not sure we would recommend or use them again.

Byron Joaquin was not only professional, he was so very kind. When I explained that our second car had broken down and we were without a car, he prioritized the work so we wouldn’t be stuck over the holiday weekend without a car. Everyone was an absolute joy to work with. The repairs were explained upfront and the paperwork was explained afterward. Excellent all the way around!

Wind noise from the repaired door. Also you did not order my tire pressure labels and vehicle data sticker for the door jam when repaired. A photo of the vehicle data sticker should have been taken so a new one could be ordered. Very disappointed with this oversight.
