Exceptional customer service, you don’t find that very often anymore. I cannot remember her name for the life of me unfortunately, but she’s the blonde woman, I believe a manager, she was incredible, kind and passionate.

I was very happy with the service from the very beginning. I was a little nervous about the length of time it was gonna take to repair the car, but it turns out the car was ready five days earlier. Great staff and they took great care in the work that they do.

From the scheduling to the very first visit to the communication and updates for when my car would be ready to the pick up of my car - everything was smooth and the communication was excellent. The customer service was friendly and the product was excellent.

Camera system in my mirror appears different to the original, coloring is different between each side of vehicle on the backup monitor.

Team were very nice and accommodating. That said, junior staff were way under trained. Made initial appointment for 1pm for adjuster, when I got there at 12:40, adjuster had already left for the day. I could have received a call or they could have told the adjuster to wait for me. They made me pay my deductible before the part was ordered, then I had to follow up to schedule repairs after not hearing from your team for a week. Scheduled my repair at 8:30 on a Monday, I dropped off vehicle Sunday night. Called around 10am to confirm they had my key in the key drop, had no clue where that was, so apparently was not going to start my repair at 8:30. Then was told it will be done by 9am Tuesday, I called at 10am to confirm completed and they said will be completed by noon. I get there at noon and the repair was still not completed. I left and had to come back to get my truck.
