Work was great but customer service was not a pleasant experience. When ever I called about status of vehicle I received passive aggressive attitude and was rushed off the phone when asking for basic information.

Receptionist at Savannah location was rude upon answering phone as if I bothering her and rushed me off the phone. when I came to pick up my vehicle. Was forced to wait 15 minutes when picking up vehicle and told I was lying about having already paid my deductible which was already noted in the paperwork.
