No way… it was 2 months of hell. And did I say… overcharged.

The fix took for ever. Little communication, inaccurate communication in the file… ie your lift was broken for 2 weeks. Only told progressive that things took so long because your team needed trained. Then overcharged me at the end.

All team members for very responsive and helpful. They also accommodated the pick up of my vehicle by locking my keys in my car so I could pick it up after hours. That said, three days after receiving my vehicle and giving it a routine cleaning at my local carwash, the bumper that they repaired came detached from the facia/grill. It appears that the facia/grill was never replaced with a new part leading me to believe that not all new parts were put on the vehicle and as a result, the vehicle was not fully repaired. I will be dropping off the vehicle Monday, July 28 to ensure all necessary repairs are made for a complete restoration of the damages that occurred and I paid for through my insurance.

Take 42 days to repair my car! When send to repair my tire is good.. after get back my front passenger tire go flat!! Some more the brakes light cover not even install properly and it can be pull out
