Unfortunately we are frequent fliers at Caliber and this time it was actually our fault the car was damaged instead of the three previous hit and runs. Therefore I’m an excellent judge of Caliber. The work has always been left the car flawless and communication excellent. If possible, I always feel the car is better than new. With cameras and sensors and other technology I hear stories from others about how other repair centers ‘fail’ with these technology elements. Caliber has been flawless.

My Nissan Rouge 2019 was repaired based to my satisfaction. The repair was completed in just a week. My SUV now looks the same as it used to be. Caliber always send me updates on where they are with my car. They were very pleasant, professional, and made it easy for me to even get to the rental car. Still fells like their is something wrong with the steering of the car. I get a really bad clunk while parked and the alignments goes in and out while driving.
