Excellent customer service! On the day one the estimator explained in detail about the visible and possible invisible damage of the vehicle. The repair is done right away and may car looks like a brand new from a factory. The Lynnwood site was very thorough and the repair looks great! And it really did not take very long. I was happily surprised since most of the pieces had to be ordered. I would recommend Gerber collision in glass to anyone that needs assistance after an accident.

If you need to have an extensive repair, I hope you have a great experience like we did at Gerber! When I checked in at their N Seattle location near our home, the car was driveable but looked terrible. A small leak was pointed out to us, and they strongly recommended that we not drive it further. Since they had no room to park it until they could begin repairs, they arranged to have it taken to their Lynnwood location to have it started immediately. I was assured that it would be returned to the N. Seattle location when the work was complete. The car was in the shop for a long time, waiting for the Allstate adjuster to sign off on the claim. Once she did, everything went ahead on schedule. Scott kept us informed by text of the progress. It ran about 3 days beyond the initial estimated completion date. I was fine with that. They returned a car that looks and drives like new (knock wood!). Thanks so much, everyone, for making this go so smoothly!
