Honestly, I rarely ever do reviews or surveys, but from the moment I dropped off my car everything was easy. The communication was consistent and when I picked it up it was clean on the inside and out. Which was to me an extra bonus. I didn’t even recognize my car because it was so clean and shiny. Even though it sucks to have your car sent to the shop. These guys made it easy, my car was cleaned and vacuumed on the inside, I was not expecting that! Thank you for making this process as painless as possible and retuning my car better than it was before I dropped it off!

I reported a whistling noise from the driver side front door after the repair at speeds over 30 mph to Jason. He asked me to bring the car in. I am out of town and will bring the car back to the shop in the three weeks

Well done team! Repairs were done early and looks like the collision never happened. I was notified each day as to the status of the repairs, the facility works directly with Enterprise so no pick up/drop off hassle, and the car was returned clean. The only thing that wasn't done, was upgrade the car to a newer model for free! (One can dream...) Seriously though Caliber Collision Team, thank you for making this experience for me as seamless as possible. Should someone else decide to snuggle the rear end of my vehicle, I know exactly where to take it!
