The Caliber Collision team did a fantastic job helping us in a tough spot. We were hit by an uninsured motorist and had to pay for a rental car out of pocket. The Caliber team heard about our situation and pushed for parts from the manufacturer 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They ultimately finished the job over a month ahead of schedule by making some calls and giving us extra attention. It saved us about $1000 in rental fees. Outstanding work by the Bothell Caliber team and Jason, who was our business contact person. I would definitely come back.

The Bothell Caliber team expedited my repair by over a month by getting Honda to send parts a few weeks faster. They helped us out and gave us extra attention because we had to pay a rental out of pocket due to an uninsured motorist hitting our car. Amazing service!

I chose Caliber Collision because they were recommended to me by my insurance agent. Caliber Collision did a fabulous job repairing a crease in my drivers side rear wheel well due to a hit and run situation. I could not be more pleased. Jason Turnidge, my service advisor was terrific and kept me advised and updated on my repair. Outstanding customer service from Jason as well as Liz who had all the necessary documentation ready when I arrived to pick up my Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid. Bravo to Caliber Collision at 18204 Bothell Everett Hwy. Highly recommend them.

Great communication, 10/10 experience overall. Definitely turned a bad month into a better one. Quick turnaround time as well - received my finished vehicle back on the same day that my insurance policy’s provided rental car was to be returned, so very convenient.

I stopped by Caliber Collision on Monday 02-09-26 because I had an accident in my garage a few days before! Jason Turnidge was there to help! He contacted me the next day with a bid and a date to start! I was excited he could fit me in so quickly, and I contacted Enterprise rent a car to meet me there on the day I left the car for repair! The best news of all, is that Caliber Collision did a perfect job . But finished a week ahead of time! So I saved a lot with Enterprise! I would recommend these two businesses anytime for success!
