Great communication, I received texts updating me about the progress of my vehicle. The employee texting me was super nice and even flexible saying they could possibly drop off my car if need be and I couldn’t get off work. Both dropping off and picking up my car was a smooth process and employees were very nice and friendly. Thank you for making the process go so smoothly made me feel better after my car accident. Car now looks great too!

Caliber Collision made the whole process painless. After I got in a fender bender in my wife’s Jeep, and a secondary claim from a hit and run, I was in the doghouse.. but Caliber came through in only 15 days and my wife is so happy! They worked with Geico and took car of both claims, and updated me every step of the way. The staff at the Bothell location were super friendly and very thorough. The repairs look amazing and the Jeep is looking as new as the day we bought it. 10/10 will recommend!

Took a lot longer than expected but caliber collision kept me constantly in the loop, which I appreciated. I understand with the supply chain shortage why things took so long, but glad to finally have the car back. Friendly staff and quality work. Hope to not have another accident, but I'd bring it back here if I did
