Receiving updates from the staff was increasingly difficult. They would promise to call back and often did not. When progress was delayed, they made no effort to expedite the process or communicate. The account manager, Challan specifically, was the most unpleasant.

Took forever for the parts nearly 3 weeks to get my car back it was filthy inside little plastic white shavings everywhere and still there even after I asked them to clean it paint job is sub par already peeling on 1 part and the interior you can see grey primer through the very thin base coat of white no paperwork to show they got it checked for damage to the rear suspension or did an alignment or under carriage after I mentioned the back wheels were tilted out
