The process was very easy to navigate with the help of Caliber Collision. They communicated with me and the insurance company very well. I went directly through the other party's insurance company and left my insurance out of the situation since it was the other persons fault. It was still very easy and my car got fixed right the first time and a few days early too.

Ours was a brand new car. When we went to pick up, my husband was not happy with the paint match (more metal flake than original) they did not try to “sell” it to us. They kindly took it back and three days later it was PERFECT! The people were wonderful. Anna was a pro and when it was necessary, she called in the big guy. Great work and will suggest to anyone who needs repair!

The finished much faster than the estimate which was great. Only thing is I booked my rental for the whole estimated time. Luckily the refunded me since I returned it early.
