If the car was not truly ready on Wednesday the keep it until Friday like the original quote was.

My car was not washed. It still had a 10x 10 sticker on the windshield. It stunk of solvent for three days. when I opened the back hatch for the first time there were hand print and dust everywhere. Then I noticed getting out of my car my door molding was seperated. NO am not happy.

Your employees were very friendly, and professional. My only disappointment was being told probably Monday, then got a call that the part was just delivered, so not until Monday (okay so far). I arranged to take off from work a bit early on Monday to pick up my car, and started out to you, and called to let them know I was on the way. Then, was told that the car wasn't quite done and the pick up had been delayed yet another day~ and THEN (after the phone call) I saw the message update on my phone. It was not there prior to my call.

splashguard on bumper was painted white which is different from original but still looks good :)
