Very good communication throughout the process. Kalen, my REPRESENTITIVE always kept me informed on the progress of repairs. He went the extra mile to deliver the vehicle to my house when the last remaining part was late in arriving. Caliber is my go to body shop for any future repairs on my vehicle, and the only shop I would recommend.

Both Kelan and Amanda were fantastic!! When I came in at opening an older man was there, I stated who I was and what car I was in about, his come to me was “That doesn’t mean anything g to me!” I work in customer service and this behavior is just plain rude. If he doesn’t like his job maybe it is time to retire. I don’t appreciate being treated disrespectfully when I’m paying you for not only work on my vehicle but appropriate customer service.

The new hood and paint job were done very well. Somehow during the repair the driver side door latch was damaged. The way it looks it won’t last for long. The truck is twenty five years old and I’ve owned it for nineteen years. It wasn’t damaged like that when I dropped it off. I can’t prove it. It’s a matter of principle with me. I won’t by back to your shop again.
