Noticed immediately the paint didn't match well but I understand it's difficult to get exact. Still a smidgen of wax residue left behind.. but happy it was waxed. Strong chemical/cleaner smell inside cabin. Tried to air out by leaving windows open overnight but it's still lingering. But the car being clean upon return is much appreciated.

Kalen was great: attentive, aware, communitive and thorough. Frequent Text updates were much appreciated. The environment inside the office feels tense or uncomfortable. It wasn't a relaxed, warm, genuinely nice feeling even though the words spoken were respectful / courteous. Something was missing...
