Mel, my service advisor was on top of everything. Kept me up to date with the repairs. When it was time to pick the vehicle up, I was unaware of them not accepting cash as payment. Mel was amazing and took my cash and used his card so I didn’t have to scramble to find a card to put the payment on

Really good but it should have been 300 deductible and I was correct but they still charged me 500 and I've seen no response to my requests for a credit. Pemco is sending me a check and it will probably come out of the bill you send them,
