Again, we had a great experience, considering the unwanted situation in the first place. Caliber was actually the second shop I’d gone to for a quote, but while the caliber team were ready to help right away, the other shop made me wait around for someone to look at my vehicle, then didn’t send the quote and wouldn’t return my calls. Caliber is my shop now, and my referral to anyone else too.

The communication, follow-through, and follow-up are all 12 out of 10. The actual body work is a 9 for me. The last notch would be if their top-level craftsman could’ve done whatever they do to make the new parts look the same shade as the old. They’re pretty close, but I can tell, I think others who are looking can as well, which may have a negative effect on resale value. I’m sure it’s extremely difficult to match paint that’s faded over time, but that’s what would make it a ten to me.
