The body work performed on the car was wonderful. You can't even tell where the car was damaged. My dissatisfaction is with the mechanical work performed on my car. The car had to be returned due to a brake failure. The part that broke was fixed, but there was a chunk missing from the brake pad that was not fixed. The parking brake assembly clip was broken and not repaired. I was not informed of any potential issues with the braking system on my vehicle. It was returned to me unrepaired.

Quality is fine, would much rather have OEM parts installed on the car. And was informed of a check engine light “still” on the dash after repairs were done when a check engine light was never on to begin with.

My repair was supposed to take 2 days but ended up taking 9; I only received updates when I called in for them. I wish that Caliber had been more communicative, especially when the repair time was so far extended. Once I did talk to someone, he was courteous and helpful, so I appreciate that.

the repairs were done well

the repairs took longer than we expected and the RAV4 had to be sent to the dealer to recalibrate the safety equipment after repairs were completed. It worked out OK since we had a rental car, but would be good to know a more accurate time frame without having to call for updates.
