The staff are very friendly and communicative. I was updated frequently about the repair status. The repair looks excellent and the car was extremely clean when we got it back. The car looks better than it did before. Very good experience. Definitely recommend Caliber.

Hassan, JD and the whole crew were amazing. I had to get a new bumper, grill and some other costmetic issues taken care of after a wreck and they were awesome. Sent reports a few times a week and was finished up two days ahead of schedule. I hope to not have to go back but if something happens I will absolutely be giving them a call.
