Repairs happened faster than expected which was nice. Based off the estimate I can't tell if the plan was to replace the broken fog lights which I noted during the initial estimate. Regardless, that was not fixed but I am unclear based off the quote if there was intentions to replace it or not. Other than that the rest of the bumper was fixed well and nicely color matched. Knocking it down to 8 just because of the lack of clarity on that one item.

Jason was a great agent to work with. Our interaction was minimal but he took the time to update me every step of the vehicle’s repairs. From the estimate, parts, paint, and reassembly, and delivery, it was really nice to be kept in the loop with updates. Really nice guy who I have really appreciated.
