We used our insurance and Caliber Bothell gave us a time frame of 2-week repair time. Caliber Bothell got it done in 5 business days. We are extremely pleased with Ana. We got updates during the process including more damages after the bumper was removed. Our only feedback is to update your clients the costs esp when it doubled the initial estimated cost. (even when going thru insurance). We are happy with the body work and paint job - that’s why it’s a 10. Thank you, Ana!

Every person who helped me was very nice, professional and informative. Jason was exceptionally helpful. He kept me apprised by text to the time frame. When parts would be late and when my car would be ready! I was excited to see how beautiful my car turned out.
