Dropping off and picking up was no problem at all, they helped me with my rental. I really appreciated the regular status updates on my vehicle while it was there, I felt very comfortable knowing where the progress was. The repairs look great, I can't tell any difference. The only downside at all was a strong chemical odor inside the car when I picked it up. It was gone in a few days.
