It was very easy drop off . Your service and giving an update about the repair, status of the process was really exceptional. My experience was very peaceful with the timely update , once I went to pick my vehicle and seeing the work was really mesmerized by the hard work you guys have put in. I was very pleased with the professional quality of your program from the moment I arrived at your Brea location. I was greeted by an early arriving employee, escorted to the well appointed waiting room. Susan arrived shortly thereafter and took care of me at the front desk. Enterprise arrived took me to my rental car. Kyle kept in contact with me to apprise me of the progress made on the repair of my car. My car was returned to me in mint condition, ( for a 2013 year model ). I was amazed at the respect and courtesy shown to me in every phase of my interaction with Caliber Collision.
