Excellent experience!! From the minute I waked in everyone was so so courteous. Susan the receptionist explained the process to me then offered me a beverage while I waited for my Caliber Rep. Adrian, my caliber agent, was also extremely courteous and further explained the process to me and made sure I knew the projected date for the job to finished. Their courtesy and great attitude made what is usually a headache experience very pleasant!! As for the work on the vehicle...PERFECTION!! Our 2016 Chevy Tahoe looks like new!! And the lifetime guarantee can't be beat!! Thank you Caliber.
